Mae Abroad

Luckily my long 10 hour flight wasn't too bad. I didn't sleep the whole time but I did watch a few movies. I only got restless when we were about 3 hours away. That last stretch is hard. The guy I sat next to, Zach, was quite too and didn't bother me at all which was good so I could try to sleep but that didn't work out. My goal was to sleep in the airport in Turkey because I didn't on the plane at all so once I landed I looked for a deserted quiet spot in the airport to lay down and try to sleep. I didn't know what gate to go to yet either because they hadn't picked one yet and I had to wait 3 hours before they did. Sleeping in the airport is the worst but I made the best of it and soon enough I was back on a plane for another 2 hours. Kyle got to take a half day of work today so he could pick me up. I got in at 12:45 so by the time he got me we still had a full day together which was really nice. It was beautiful out too! He had parked on base so we
